All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

All goods sold are non-refundable except:

  • Failed Delivery

 

Proceed for refund including shipping fee paid during the purchase if all of the products from same order are being refunded. If only a few of products from the same order needs be refunded, then the shipping fee paid during buyer purchase will not be refunded.


All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except:

  • For wrong delivery by Readycare.
  • For damaged goods during delivery.



You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases: 


  1. When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products
  2. Any item not in its original packing and label
  3. When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
  4. Has been used
  5. Damaged for reasons not due to our error



You are required providing order number, invoice details photos and video in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
